FY 2019 Progress Reports Update

On June 1st, SAMHSA officially updated PDX for PATH providers to submit their Progress Reports in the updated FY 2019 format. Prior to June 1st, PATH providers were able to submit their FY 2019 Progress Reports in the “old” (or FY 2018) report format. Only those PATH providers who wish to use their progress reports to populate their FY 2019 PATH Annual Report, should resubmit any previous versions of FY 2019 Progress Reports that were submitted in PDX before June 1st.

PATH providers should reach out directly to their SPCs for any additional, state or territory specific deadline and submission guidance.


Security Training and Documentation Requirements Are No Longer Required

SAMHSA is no longer requiring PDX users to complete the Cybersecurity Training and Certification Forms. All account have been unlocked. However, all PDX Users will still have to update their password every 90 days.
